The Austrian Map mobile (AMap mobile) serves as a comprehensive digital mapping resource for Austria, incorporating features such as hill shading and object area names derived from the Digital Landscape Model (DLM) and the Digital Elevation Model (DGM). Developed by the Federal Office of Metrology and Surveying (BEV), this application not only provides high-quality topographic maps but also incorporates a user-friendly interface with a broad range of functionalities.

Available Maps and Data:

• Overview map 1:1 million
• Cartographic model 1:500,000
• Cartographic model 1:250,000
• Cartographic model 1:50,000

All map data within AMap mobile is accessible free of charge and can be stored locally on smartphones or tablets, allowing for offline use.
